Job Description:
Position: Branch Manager
Must have Managerial experience-
This is unlike the traditional Management Position- The most qualified candidates would come from a Staffing, Retail Store Manager and Logistics type background. Candidates will be working very closely with workers from Inner City Environments. You must enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals. We are a 2nd chance Company
We are a "Busy Labor and Staffing Agency located throughout New England. We are currently seeking A Branch Manager for the Stamford CT Area. The right candidate for this position will have strong experience in both operations and sales management. Managing staff-workers-customers and operations. This individual will have a strong work-ethic with the desire to build a career. This is not a typical office job, and it is NOT a 9am-5pm position. This position requires an individual to have strong availability for the needs of the business as well as strong time-management skills.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Management of Internal Staff and Temporary Employees (productivity, scheduling, etc.)
- Management of overall sales process and productivity within the assigned branch
- Recruitment/Placement of individuals for both daily and long-term assignments for clients
-Sales and Maintenance of client relationships - Both Inside/Outside
- Building, Maintaining relationships with a variety of personality types
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable Vehicle/Insurance
- Extreme flexibility and reliability
- Self-Motivator
- Strong Oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong multi-tasker
- Previous management experience in a busy, ever-changing environment (Food Service, Retail, Construction, Restoration, ETC)
